Max Planck, a German physicist who is viewed as the Founding Father of Quantum Theory, discovered that subatomic particles never return to rest, but are always moving − reacting to the empty space around them. This medium, or magnetic force, that is connecting all particles is reacting with the charged particles in an exchange that radiates energy. It has been calculated that the total energy of this magnetic force, or Zero Point Field, exceeds all energy in matter by a factor of 1040 , or 1 followed by 40 zeros.
